Company nurtures talent by making the few good ones work until they drop. Prefers to hire yes-people than someone who has critical thinking. No consideration whatsoever for the employees, let alone for their career management. Top management is incompetent and has no work ethics. On top of that they promote the ones that micro-manage, are rude and toxic toward others, ignoring complaints from other employees about them. Performance reviews are a farce. Your score is going to depend on how scared they are about you leaving or how servile you are towards a toxic manager. Low salaries in most of the locations and sometimes paid late. No transparency about what is going on in the company. CEO is delusional and does not see the damage the people right below him do to the company, because he is told what he likes to hear.
