Unlimited PTO and free food if you go into the office Remote Work option

CEO is confrontational and hasty with decisions. “Act now, apologize later.” Leadership is deceptive and favoritism is rampant. Zero diversity, and no intent to focus on it. Very few BIPOC or women in leadership. Benefits changed in 2021: deductibles and out of pocket premiums doubled. Instead of acknowledging this and employee dissatisfaction, they blamed the insurance market and covid. Comp is significantly lower than other tech sales jobs.

Pros

The company culture is what drew me to ePayPolicy. You are seen as a whole person, not just a skillset. This is the type of place where you can share ideas and feel heard. Teams work well cross-functionally, and there is a sense that all are working towards a common goal rather than being siloed in their own spaces.

The company offers a fantastic environment for continuous learning and skill development within your role. It’s a growing company, and with that growth, I’m excited to see more structured paths for career advancement and upward mobility open up in the future.
