I've worked with many teams and this one is one of the most dedicated, passionate, and innovative. It is energizing to walk into the office, work with the teams and create brand new products and services. I always feel proud seeing our progress, our positive impact to our clients and for one another. Most of all: we have fun while working hard. You will be terrorized if you work here. Leadership is constantly changing direction and everything is a fire drill. The company has a subpar app, even though its marketed as a "program." There are so many bugs on the app and essentially it is a tool to get to Eli Lilly. The company only has about 2,000 people on the "program." This is not a safe place for women based on how leadership treats them. Men are treated differently. Leadership is constantly yelling at everyone and creating fear and chaos. No bonuses were distributed, meanwhile leadership gets paid. Leadership changed various times while I was there and went down hill by the time I quit.
