The benefits package is great- the lunches, snacks and fully-comped healthcare, as well as the trip to the Bahamas.

All those perks,yet they can't retain staff! The turnover is extremely high. Personally I believe the management culture is the cause. The SLT are actually ok, but the CEO is a total control freak who insists on being involved in EVERY aspect on the day to day running. Like, literally every decision. The middle managers are either incompetent or full of it.
