PTO WFH PAY Helping Patients HR- Can't blame them ours are pretty fantastic.

See below. -Poor training -People moved up too quickly which creates people not ready for roles promoted to this includes all levels -Horrible metrics -Bonuses locked behind team now even for personal bonus* even if high performing -Teams trying to meet numbers doing fraudulent (Sketchy) things. -Massive layoffs* mainly US. Mass hiring of outside US afterwards. -Quality is at an all time low. -No one listens at all levels -Poor attendance all the time which leads to people having to pick up the slack. -Hard work doesn't pay off here
