My manager was very understanding about personal matters that came up during my tenure. Another thing that stands out is the collaborative culture. The team I worked with was very supportive, and I feel like we are all working together towards common goals. Everyone is willing to lend a hand and provide guidance when needed, which has helped me grow and develop as an employee. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive work experience. They value their employees, prioritize work-life balance, and foster a collaborative culture that makes coming to work a pleasure. As a new employee, I was paired with a senior colleague (buddy) who provided invaluable guidance and support. I learned a lot from their experience and expertise, and they helped me navigate the challenges of my role with ease.

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
