If you are recruited with experience then you will offered more than what you expect No one can stop us in implementing our own ideology We can learn more stuff

No coordination between business team and technical team Salaries won't credit time to time As freshers don't join they simply see you like a foolish kid with no knowledge and you can't have scope of getting more hikes and can't build a good working experience in our portfolio and they think 'we are unnecessarily giving salaries to the freshers'
