      Pay was ok. Commission incentive was good.

      Terrible management, lack of communication from leadership. Strategy is all over the place. Often issues with pay and commission actually being paid. Toxic sales culture where getting numbers was far more important than delivering a good service to the client.

      Some projects have tight deadlines which can be stressful. Internal documentation is sometimes outdated or lacking. Career progression isn’t always transparent unless you take initiative to ask.
