The executives will LIE to clients, to staff, and even to each other, with zero accountability for the chaos they create. Instead of a real strategy, they obsess over petty details, suffocating everyone under pointless control while letting major issues go unchecked. When projects fail, they simply shift the blame onto a few employees rather than fixing the broken system. The workload is crushing, deadlines are made up on the spot, and the entire environment is exhausting to survive in. There's no real team, no leadership maturity, and no path forward - it's all smoke, mirrors, and denial.
