We recognize that compensation and workload are important topics, and we regularly review our pay and work structures to ensure they remain aligned with the responsibilities of the role and with the support our clients expect. Our goal is to create an environment where team members can succeed while continuing to deliver high-quality service to the dental practices we support.
To clarify, hourly employees at eAssist are always required to accurately clock all of their work time and are paid at least minimum wage for that time. If commissions in a given period do not exceed hourly rates, employees are still paid at least the applicable minimum wage. Employees also do not pay employer payroll contributions or taxes.
We understand that employees can have compensation questions and that individual experiences can vary depending on office mix and workload, and we encourage team members with questions or feedback about pay, hours, or payroll matters to reach out to our People Services team so they can review the situation directly.
