Culture-Everyone has fun and works hard!!! Others have talked about a pay decrease but if you work hard you can make $6-$11,000 a month....where else can you wear a tee shirt and jeans to work, wear any hat and shoes you want, and the opportunity to make a good income????

It's retail so can be long hours, weekends, and holidays, although closing at 8pm is a plus since most other dealers are open later. Sometimes have to work days off to meet customer needs.
