I am comfortable saying that the London team has a great culture and operates like a small startup family. - Great culture and vibe in the London office - Really smart coworkers that constantly push each other to become better - Innovation had slowed down in the last year, but things are improving really fast now on the innovation side. Employees can see this is a big focus for the company. - The product is really powerful and loved by the customers and the market - Market leader in a fascinating industry - Client base spans across many verticals which means you get to learn a lot and from industries you had no idea about - Supporting teams are really good and make working across teams easier - You constantly will be learning new things and I cannot emphasise this enough. This might be a new vertical, a new product, or just a new component of the mobile ecosystem I don't leave reviews usually, but it is frustrating to see so many negative reviews be voted Helpful when the picture is not really representative of the current situation.

- This is a very fast paced company where things constantly change (for the better or worse), so you need to be ready and comfortable with that idea. - Americas and APAC will always have better perks and benefits than in London which sometimes can be frustrating - Our job often relies on people in other regions which means time zone difficulties can occur where you don't get the answer you need as quickly as you need. This is known by management and they are trying to make things better, but remains a con.
