For what we have to do, they should pay more. Always changing the store layout, a lot of promotions for us to put because they are always changing their minds.

The stores look nice but it is all façade

Where do I start? You will be FORCED to work tons of extra hours for free, otherwise they will make you redundant. You will also have to unload all sort of trucks without any training and work in totally unsafe conditions. Salaries are the minimum wage. Field managers will encourage you "not to have kids" so that you can work more. And the way of getting things done is through screaming and bad manners. You will also receive messages at 7 am... Field managers have no life and expect you to follow suit. If you increase sales or provide ideas that can improve the working process, they will go nowhere since field managers will make sure nobody knows about them.
