I have worked at ZipCap for several months now, and I can attest to the fact that you'll learn a LOT here. I have learned more in the months that I have been working here than I could imagine learning anywhere else. The work here is demanding enough to be challenging and exciting but reasonable enough so that you can have a great work-life balance. ZipCap currently does not offer some perks such as 401K and Health insurance that other employers provide, but they are planning to add these as soon as they expand
