Good work isn’t recognised, dissent is penalised, managers are punitive and belittling, and employees are subjected to impossible expectations, and a fear-based atmosphere. Leadership is non-existent so you’ll feel like blind leading the blind. Their products are also failing hard and fast. Middle management = unnecessary follow-ups, micromanagement, unrealistic deadlines and expectations, complete disregard of work/life balance. It might seem obvious that Zilliqa is a toxic company. Word of advice for those thinking of working here: avoid at all costs and save your soul!
