It's intense. IMHO, that's a good thing. Some folks starting in the competitive world may not understand this. While I think some approaches could be reconsidered, overall, the real world requires a competitive edge and a driven staff. This creates pressure that people starting in the industry may not fully understand until they've been in it a while.

This is a great skill to have and will set you up for success in the future. -Digital marketing changes every day, no matter the company. In this industry you should expect to think on your feet and be challenged. Learning opportunities -Not only are the people there awesome, but also very smart. Change in process -There have been a lot of times where the process has changed at Zeekee. This can become time consuming and frustrating when change occurs. On the flip side, it creates an opportunity to be a part of the mechanics and find solutions for workflow problems. This also means that your opinion will be heard at Zeekee, as long as you vocalize it.
