Nothing. You deal with obnoxious, full of themselves kids and managers that act as if they were intelectuals or phd graduates when they barely have a high school diploma from some obscure town in an obscure Eastern European country. I am talking about you, Arina Hayes.

Management is a joke. The girls belittle and talk dow to people and act as if they were working in the "fashion industry", when in fact all they do is manage a fast fashion chain store and a bunch of 20 years ols kids. Salary is a joke, there's virtually no employee discount, your schedule changes every week and they expect you to be available at all times - so no school or off work activities if you have said during interview that you are available anytime. If you change your mind, they threaten to fire you. The place is a revolving door. Nobody stays for too long, it's not worth it.
