Poor communication and no trainning - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Zachry Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been here almost a year and have yet to get any kind of training for anything. I am using a software that I have never touched and my manager joked they train using the "sink or swim" method. I did not get a new hire orientation and as a result lost out on insurance benefits. Work flow and processes are about 10 to 15 years behind due to lack of design standards.
