      -approachable HR people -good workplace -professional work environment

      Kontras

      -leasing on a poorly maintained bldg -bldg elevators are broken most of the time -sometimes you can feel the bias of the management -no clinic, or even a company nurse -salary increase is not added as a "basic pay" but as another form of allowance

      Pros

      I am very grateful that i am a part of zimitech they always take care of their employees pre pandemic up until today this just shows how much they value everyone.

      sometimes i feel a lack of motivation due to minimal growth, but we can always be optimistic and accept it as a challenge
