      Great working environment, team playing, pension benefits are very advantageous.

      Kontras

      Lack of resources is overloading the current staff. This seems to be valid for my location only (South America), other ZF plants around the world are in a better condition

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
