      Full-time employment, and not seasonal. Lots of overtime. Union plant.

      Too much overtime. Not considerate of employees. Lacking a structured training program for any position.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
