      The company seems to care about the employees and the benefits were great! You work in tandem with other analyst across the company.

      Kontras

      Flat company structure, not much room for growth. Expats had favor and better comp package all around. Not much regard for US holidays.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
