ZERO support, corporate doesn't assist until it's too late and then they expect you to break your back to make fixes that are impossible. No visits from higher ups to assist with issues. Bills never got paid on time and it was a fight to get vendors to come out. They throw you in and expect you to figure it out with little to no actual hands on training. There is no work life balance, you're expected to work until 10p "if needed" but no one could give you clear instructions. Just a hot mess of a situation.
