No proper training - Supervisor bei Yangbum Engineering: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There are no proper guide for new joined supervisor. There is no handover at all from previous staff. All joined 'runaway'. Pressure to clear ex employee's pending works and doesn't give enough time to complete the job. Pending works since last 2 years!! No proper communication from superior. As a new staff, I did struggle alot to learn and complete tasks given since day 1 without proper training. I was like thrown into sea to drown. They deduct 2 days from bonus for 1 day mc. Not fair!
