Failing union position that has no backing from hall. YRC does whatever it wants to its union employees with little to no backing from the union. They take dues every month for you to have the "right" to work at YRC. The management is out of touch. Your work ethic and ability mean 0 here. Everything is based on seniority regardless of job performance. Shifts change every few months and there is no guarantee that you will get a shift that works for you. Average pay for an average company. The numerous government bailouts proves that their management is incompetent.
