I was really grateful to be part of such a great team in community housing. YFS does some amazing work, and it was great to have the professional development and mentoring whilst making a real difference in the community. It is a well-paid role with plenty of training opportunities. It's also great to see that YFS has invested in a leadership development program for future leaders, which I have already seen people come through into program manager roles.
