Xlear is a very friendly environment with great care taken with their employees. The work week is Monday through Thursday with Friday off and optional weekends and swing shift. great for students looking to work and attend classes.

The hours can be a bit long since it's 10 hour days. The business is still pretty small so it can be disorganized at times.
