Pros

I've been here for 2 1/2 years now, and overall, have found it to be a good place to work. The CEO is really smart and well-respected within the industry. Management is responsive to my ideas and the camaraderie amongst my co-workers is great. The product/solution is a good one.

Kontras

The training program when you come on board needs improvement. In some instances, I guess it's like anything, you learn as you go.

You get a floating Holiday that you can use whenever you want + 10 HOLIDAYS that fall on very good dates throughout the year = 11 Holidays.

Kontras

Depending on which department you work in, you may have to mandatorily work on those holidays if they do not have enough volunteers.
