Good money, good benefits, great training opportunities. The company is willing to spend time and money to train people. Apprenticeships are quality training in all work groups as far as I have seen.

Need more employees to fill gaps left by retiring employees and to fill spots that should have been filled long ago. Having people in place that are qualified is crucial to safety and to keeping our customers happy.
