My staff was great, free tuition if you decide to persue classes or higher education, opportunity for growth.

pay is not competitive, overworked, upper level management can be a pain and don't listen to complains, did not handle pandemic very well. Put on that diversity and inclusion are important, but did not see much more than surface level work on this front.
