      Great place for students who want to start gaining experience in the CS field.

      Kontras

      Not a ton of vertical movement, and salaries are not competitive with more established companies. Though it really is meant to help students gain experience and make money doing so.

      Pros

      - Flexible hours - you work on different projects, so you get to learn many different tools - small team (this might be a con for some) but I enjoyed the ownership I had of the code I wrote - good leadership at company - company is willing to hire devs with no professional experience, and help them grow into talented devs

      Kontras

      - pay is below average for some areas - workload can fluctuate often. Sometimes you feel very busy, other times you don't have much to work on - being on a small team, you need to occasionally "wear different hats". This can be challenging being as a new dev
