No pros at this moment. The management has been successful in getting all the TL's (Sales) out of the company including Sales Lead. Only one TL is left. Congratulations to the management. You have done it. People coming for the interviews should ask the HR why there is no old employees left in this company. Hardly 2 to 3 people left. They have IIM pass out CGO, all rounder CEO and ofcourse multi talented operation Manager. Still why everyone lis leaving??? 🤔🤔 It's because you never valued your employees. You thought you can insult them and terminate any time. The new techniques of cost cutting is also very appreciating and you easily give the name of resignation instead of forced resignation.
