I began working under Melissa in 2012 and up until I became an IBO a few years ago, her business made it easy for me to work at my pace and convenience. I appreciate the support and assistance she and her assistant offered so much that I referred my daughter to work with her business, as well. The cons I experienced weren't related to Melissa or her team, but the "QA" people in the chats while we worked were sometimes rude and off putting. Some of them seemed to take pleasure in causing offsets in agents "metrics" and seeing the agent lose their positions. Again, nothing to do with WAHS, so much as Arise and their staff.
