With new leadership comes opportunities to improve and change processes, staffing, benefits, pay, scheduling, and overall communication. I'm so grateful to have came on when I did. There have been major shifts to improve client services and staff perks.

The organization previously had a toxic work culture with many barrier to getting information. It was inefficient for storying client data, and getting answers was difficult. This has changed, but there are still the aftershocks of working through the growing changes for a better future.
