      Woolpert is hands-down one of the best places I've worked. The healthcare benefits are top-notch, and the work-life balance is amazing. Management is approachable, and they genuinely care about our safety and well-being. It's a company where I feel valued and supported.

      Promised reviews and raises can be delayed, which is a bit disappointing.

      Pros

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
