      Woolpert is actively growing and gives employees who want to grow unparalleled opportunity. Personally have received four promotions in four years, and I know of others. Also the company is beyond flexible.

      Growth at the company can sometime cause people to get lost if they don't take ownership in their career.

      Pros

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

      Potential to be on good contracts with good PM

      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
