Pros
This company has many pros, from the people you work with, to the culture, pay, and work ethic that everyone has to be successful! There is no toxicity in this environment. With the flexibility to be remote, with the company offering "unlimited PTO", and such a positive environment for people to work in... there are very few reasons a person would even be upset. The company has such a strong culture, with a willingness to be open and honest, while also assuming positivity in every gesture. Management is very open to suggestions, and to helping you form your own path, and to put solutions you bring to the table, to the test. They are willing to work with you, understand work-life balance, and have a very positive attitude about everything.

I can nary think of any, I would say though with health benefits, being outside of the state the company is HQ in, I struggle to find accepting providers.
