      Pros

      It's a new company with potential and you can join in on the ground floor. I set my own schedule. I have a level of independence that I appreciate.

      A lot of helpful protocols aren't set and it can be confusing.

      Pros

      Access to all levels of leadership for feedback and transparent conversations. The 401k is great-- no vesting schedule. Unlimited PTO is great.
