A chance at making more money through commissions.

Kontras

Sacrificing personal values to meet sales quotas, typical lying and misleading of customers. Management fluctuations that make it impossible to know what’s going on or even care. When you’re at the top they treat you like royalty but as soon as you slip up you’re forced to come in early on Saturdays for retraining.

Pros

You’ll learn a lot when it comes to sales and customer service. Commission is good ( for entry level) when it’s busy and job comes a few perks. Most customers are great to talk to and will help build communication skills in the workplace.

Kontras

It doesn’t matter how many months you do well with your numbers, if you have one bad month because the store wasn’t busy, they immediately blame you. Not the fact that people weren’t coming in. Also at my specific location I experienced a lot of inappropriate behavior and hr did nothing.
