seems like management does not listen to the staff, just the loudest shouters. Over the last few years various takeovers, ownership changes have been blamed on lack of progress. Old boys club seems to have taken over. staff wellbeing, and corporate perks have been removed locally, usually being blamed on the tax man or legislation. Other units still have them.
