I've worked at WingSwept long enough to say with confidence that this is a company that actually practices what it preaches. The leadership team runs the business with a clear mission and genuine care for employees' professional and personal growth. The culture stands out. People play ping pong on breaks, organize sports at lunch, and actually look forward to the monthly company lunches. The break room and patio are always in use. It sounds like a startup perk list, but it's been this way consistently — it's just part of who the company is. Being partially employee-owned through the ESOP gives everyone skin in the game, which creates a different kind of accountability and pride in the work. The company also prioritizes giving back — regular charitable contributions to local organizations and volunteer events that employees can participate in. The work itself is solid too. WingSwept operates as an MSP/MSSP with a strong security and compliance focus, and there's also a product development side of the business. There's real technical depth here, not just break-fix work.

It’s a smaller company, so your work actually matters and you get a lot of visibility into projects and decision-making. The work is meaningful, especially if you enjoy helping small to medium size businesses or public-sector agencies improve how they operate. Leadership is approachable, there’s solid flexibility and work-life balance, and employees are trusted to take ownership of their work. That has been especially true since the organization implemented an employee stock ownership program. It’s also a great place to get hands-on experience with cloud and SaaS technology, across all departments.
