      Well-paid job, getting salary on time. Enough weekends and sick days. If you haven't used your weekends in a year, you can carry them over to the next one or take money

      Constant worries about the company closing. Managers often do not find common ground with investors. An unpleasant suspended state.

      Everything else: culture of hire and fire, hysterical management, no regard for team's time. DO NOT JOIN. Market is overheated, find a sane company instead.
