      Good on site or nearby child care. The county is working to upgrade many of their facilities and available technology.

      It really matters "who you know" and "if you are a native" to Wilson county when it comes to advancement. Pay is less when compared to some surrounding counties. "Big Brother" culture has come to roost in many of the schools-not a comfortable work environment.
