      Williams is grounded in strong Core Values and Beliefs and it is evident in all business dealings. Leaders are strong throughout all levels of the company. Compensation and benefits are very competitive. Williams is a great corporate citizen. Very good at using technology to communicate.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
