      Lots of employees with expertise, good resources, emphasis on results over clock punching.

      Kontras

      Supervisor had no concept of work-life balance and rewarded those who shared that belief. Mass layoffs gutting the company. Very poor middle management, promoted/retained due to personal relationships within the EOT. Stuck in 1985.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
