      Benefits are awesome including pension, people are great to work with, and pretty good pay.

      Long drive to the plant, 12 hour shift can get daunting, and lead operator position is really stressful.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
