Very unprofessional and unstable company; there is a huge gap between the upper management, lower management and employees; even though the salary is relatively better than in other companies, they are the most unethical and shaky company in nyc; they are commonly known from their bad reputation, so in the resume people don't even use their name "Wildcat”. You will work very hard and at the end you will get a kick out. No appreciation, no work ethic, very disrespectful to their employs and internal politics take over all the time. Management is hired not based on experience and knowledge but based on whom they knew. It's a comedy club up there; they changed their management every 3 months getting into conclusion that this person wasn’t right for particular position. There was a time that they stayed without the employees, because their employees choose to rather go on unemployment than work for them.
