      Pros

      Great pay due to monthly bonuses, great benefits, decent atmosphere, family-oriented. The services they provide are some of the best in the industry. Great perks for managers & other upper level employees.

      Kontras

      Moving toward an unrealistic vision. Several company-wide layoffs due to current oil & gas climate; felt that after so many years of service I and so many others were just cast aside. Not enough training for lower-level employees, even when requested; Felt like I was discouraged to advance within the company. HR department lacks empathy and is lackluster at best. Difficult to go to managers with things. Many bosses to report to and not enough employees to get actual work done; "good old boy" culture and manner of promotion.

      Pros

      I worked at Wild Well Control for over 10 years. Management was excellent, benefits were outstanding, and the company offered a great work-life balance with a family feel.

      Kontras

      The main challenge was the limited opportunities for advancement, as moving up the corporate ladder often required strong connections.

      Great group of people to work with for the most part, generous benefit package & OTE compensation

      A few bad apples ruin the tree for the culture side of things... there's a clique that if you're not in with, things are challenging day to day.
