This mid-sized company (50-75 employees) is a a real estate transaction focused organization. Company leadership focused on creating growth opportunities within for employees. Opportunity for "flex" hours 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm for salaried employees. Each department is different and has different management theories. Could be good or bad. Being a small company, you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in many different job functions. Company does annual bonuses and has a nice 401k match. Also does fun events and brings all satellite offices to San Diego every other year for Christmas party.

Laissez faire management and no standardized processes. Executive leadership are not always available. Can come back into a deal after being away for weeks and throw us down tangential paths.
