Pros
Every issue you have with your work/workplace/equipment etc. can be brought up with management/HR/admin or during weekly meetings, and even as an intern I felt my opinion was taken very seriously. I managed to make a serious impact in the company by standardizing aspects of the workflow through this. They really make you feel valuable in this sense.
Kontras
I can't speak for every department, however between my design department-project team-admin there was severe lack of communication on multiple occasions leading to extra or meaningless work being done. Same goes for within the design department. Within every department the primary form of communication is via text on Skype even though you're sitting an arms length away from each other which was hard to get used to. This lead to miscommunication on multiple events leading to stress, and emotional distress. Since the company is small there is also a small chance of growth as an individual or even a possibility to get a promotion. However it would be a good place to gain some knowledge before you reach further to bigger and better things in life.
